If you have a clean credit check and fraud check your server will be activated within an hour between 9am and 5pm EST. The 1 Hour Setup Guarantee is not valid for Co-Location, where racks have to be configured. New Accounts have to be verified and are subject to RackWire's Terms and Conditons.

We Guarantee that your server or equipment will never lose power or bandwidth at any point outside of our regularly scheduled maintenance window. We are not responsible for client application or client maintained software errors that cause down time. Clients will be reimbursed a percentage of fees for the specified amount of downtime. Downtime is defined as a Network outage. A Network or VPS outage is when no data or network traffic can pass in or out of the application for more than 10 consecutive minutes.

Money Back Guarantee: You may cancel your Shared Hosting or VPS Plan within 30 days from your activation date and get a refund for your services. You must state a valid reason for refund. Your refund is limited to the Shared Hosting or Linux VPS service only.

Hardware, Setup Fees, License Fees (Installed Licensed Add-ons and Hyper-V VPS), SSL Certificates, Additional IP Addresses, and Domain Registrations are non-refundable items as we incur an actual cost.
